Step By Step Guide Using The Gang Sheet Builder
Important: Use a desktop computer when using the gang sheet builder. A phone or Ipad does not work well with the gang sheet builder software.
Don't worry about choosing a size. The gang sheet builder will choose the size for you based off the sizes and quantity you need
Upload your own artwork or choose from our library. You can use both to create your gang sheets.
When uploading your own artwork:
You always want to start with a high-resolution image with a transparent background for the best result. If you don't have it in that format use the gang sheet builder tools here to get your image print ready. This does NOT guarantee that it will fix all issues, it is best to have a high quality print file to begin with but this is a nice tool to use if it just needs a little bit of work.
Low DPI = grainy, pixelated, low quality transfers. Aim for 300 DPI.
We do not recomend printing anything less than 150 DPI.
Tip when sizing your transfers: Pay attention to both the width & the height. Every design is shaped differently so you may want a max width of 14 inches for one image but a max height of 14 inches on another image.
Choosing Images From Our Library:
We have THOUSANDS of images for you to choose from right in the gang sheet builder! Go through and click "add" when you see an image that you want to order. Then click apply to start building your sheet.
Useful Tips & Buttons
You have a lot of freedom here to change things around if you want to add, remove, or move images on the sheet. We recommend clicking the "auto nest" button after you make changes so that your artwork isn't overlapping or touching.
Another Tip
If you're unsure how your artwork is going to look on different colored garments: Toggle off the overlapping lines & the resolution options, click settings, and change the background color of your artboard to the color garment you want to test.
When you're happy with your gang sheets, click Save & Add To Cart
