Shipping policy

Orders that are $100+ ship for free. Free shipping will automatically be applied to your cart once the order minimum is met.

Please allow 1-3 business days for ready to ship orders to be processed and packaged before they are shipped.

Graphics and made to order items may take 7 business days to process, as these are printed and pressed after your order is placed. This does not include the time it takes for the postage carrier to deliver the package, please add an additional 2-4 business days for shipping. 

If you are unsure if your item is a ready to ship item or a made to order item, check the product description. If an order has both a ready to ship item and a made to order item, the order will ship together when the made to order item is processed.

 

Black Willow Boutique is not responsible for delays with the postal service or lost or damaged items. If your tracking information is not working, please contact the postage carrier. The postal service does not always update their tracking information, this does not mean the package is lost. Please contact the postage carrier to file a claim if you do not receive your order within two weeks after it has been shipped.
